Position Title:             Media Manager

 

Reports To:               SVP Marketing

Job Summary: 

Work alongside SVP of Marketing and Product Management to define the overall marketing strategy and then translate into a go-to-market plan.  Execute, manage, and measure those campaigns to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.  Provide leadership across marketing channels.

 

Responsibility:

·         Participate and contribute in the development of the overall media strategy for both the Sokolove Brand as well as individual product campaigns.

·         Provide media leadership and expertise across a host of communications channels

o    DRTV, Radio, Print, DM, OOH

·         Work alongside digital counterparts to maximize channel integration and holistically manage campaigns to increase efficiency and results.

·         Partner with Product Management teams in the management of individual campaigns

o    Reporting and analysis

o    Insights and results

o    Growth opportunities

·         Manage partner media agencies

o    Lead weekly campaign management communications / optimizations

o    Facilitate new product testing by briefing agencies in the development of test plans

o    Proactively work with agencies to uncover new opportunities

·         Develop and grow in-house media buying capability

o    Print:  research, planning and buying

o    DM:  list procurement

·         Train and mentor Assistant Media Manager(s) to handle all campaign maintenance responsibilities

o    ‘Teach’ to allow for growth and eventual skill redundancies

·         Collaborate on competitive analysis and provide channel insights as required

·         Liaison with all internal Sokolove Law departments (Biz Dev, Service, Compliance, etc.) as necessary

·         Maintain and develop media reports that allow for the proactive management of campaigns with the end goal of increasing marketing efficiencies

·         Represent marketing department

 

 

Qualifications:

3-5 year experience in multi-channel marketing

Print, Broadcast experience a must

Direct marketing experience a plus

Strategy, planning, and buying

Nurturing manager

Fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
